回转剪切式破碎机

在工业及危险性废弃物焚烧处置厂将散状、桶装固废进行破碎预处理，使其易于在回转窑或其它焚烧设备中焚烧，提高燃尽率、达到充分燃烧处置的效果。

工业及危险性废弃物破碎预处理一般选用回转式剪切破碎机。剪切式破碎机利用剪切、撕裂、挤压的综合作用破碎废料，破碎后的物料尺寸相对细小、均匀；液压驱动的回转式剪切破碎机具有转速低、扭矩大等特点，具有对物料适应性广、作业相对安全等优势。

Rotary shears are usually used for shredding pretreatment of industrial/hazardous wastes before incineration in rotary kiln. Wastes packed in drums, in containers or in bulk are shredded by the rotary shear by cutting, tearing and breaking of the 2 rotors of the machine, the size of the shredded wastes is relatively small and even. The hydraulically driven rotary shears feature in low speed and high torque, and are extensively suitable for various kinds of wastes, and more ever, safer in operation with comparison to the high-speed crushers.
