RDF三级破碎生产线

本生产线主要由三台低转速破碎机、上料链板输送机、产品输送机以及一级破碎机与二级破碎机之间/二级破碎机与三级破碎机之间的转运输送机及除铁器组成。三台破碎机安装不同的刀片，可达到相对均匀的RDF产品尺寸。由于三级破碎机均为低转速设备，粉尘产生量相对较少，可根据物料特性选配除尘器，收集一级破碎、二级破碎及三级破碎环节产生的粉尘。

The production line is mainly composed of 3 low speed Shredders, .a Feeding Chain Plate Conveyor, a Product Conveyor, and connecting Conveyors / Iron Separators in between the Primary and the Secondary Shredder, in between the Secondary and the Tertiary Shredder. Thanks to the different cutter construction of the 3 shredders, a relatively even size of the RDF product is acheived. Due to the low speed of each shredder, only limitted amount of duct is produced in this line, an optional Dust Collector is forseen for dust removal from the Primary, the Secndary and the Tertiary Shredder.
